Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Shipping Duration
Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within:

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, festive periods, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout (based on location and order weight).

Free Shipping: Automatically applied on orders above the minimum order value (if applicable).
Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your shipment in real time.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are accurate. Neuroplex is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After unsuccessful attempts, the order will be returned to us.
If you wish to have it re-shipped, additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the parcel. We will assist you with a replacement or resolution.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
