At Neuroplex, we take pride in delivering high-quality haircare products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we accept returns only in the case of wrong, damaged, or defective items.
To qualify for a return:

The complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Clear photos or videos of the issue must be provided for verification.
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup wherever possible.
Refunds
After inspection:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If reverse pickup is not available for your pin code, you may be asked to self-ship the product, and shipping charges will be reimbursed.

Exchanges
We offer replacement only for wrong or damaged products. Exchanges for different variants are not supported.
